Bomin Strengthens Regional Hub Structure

The marine fuel supply chain is experiencing a period of significant transition and change, with new regulations and added complexity. It is therefore critical that Bomin’s global infrastructure and resources are invested in the right areas to ensure the company can meet its customers’ requirements. As part of this process, Bomin has increased its physical infrastructure in key areas including Singapore and Europe, in line with its value driven physical trader model.

Furthermore, in December 2016, the Bomin Group announced the establishment of four regional hubs to support its worldwide operations, in line with its strategy. The regional hubs are located in Hamburg, Houston, Dubai and Singapore. They support the company’s offices and operations across Europe, the Americas, Middle East & Africa and Asia-Pacific. The hubs ensure global alignment, highest service quality and cost-effective fuel-supply solutions in line with customer needs.

As part of this strategy, the offices in Rio de Janeiro, Athens, London, Tallinn and Madrid were closed, and the physical operations in Estonia and Spain suspended. Customers previously handled by these locations are now serviced from the four regional hubs.
