Through its fleet of chartered barges, Bomin is able to provide highly flexible and reliable supply of HSFO and MGO at all the Elbe and Weser River ports. Additional ex-pipe deliveries are available in the Kiel canal. Product is mainly stored in the Oiltanking tankfarm with its own jetties for seagoing and inland barges, and in-tank blending via Bomin’s fleet of modern, high-performance barges is available on demand.
Bomin operates one seagoing bunker barge with a capacity of 1040 mts from Rostock, and is able to provide all grades of fuel oil, MDO, and gasoil (including IFO RMG 380 and IFO RMD 80, Gasoil DMA max. 0.1 dens. and Gasoil 50 ppm) from physical stocks via the Grosstanklager Ölhafen Rostock (GÖR) tank storage terminal (capacity of 25,000 cbm) and the Hillenberg storage terminal in Lübeck-Travemünde (5,000 cbm).
Bomin provides full control of the supply chain and deliveries can be arranged in Lübeck-Travemünde, Wismar, Kiel, and all German Baltic ports. Supplies can also be made at Rostock roads or further offshore with no additional agent or calling costs.
Bomin operates four bunker barges out of Antwerp. Throughout the ARA (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp) region, Bomin provides a full range of quality products, including IFO 380, ultra low sulphur fuel oil, DMC 0.1%, DMA 0.1%, and DMA 86/01. Lower viscosity fuels are also available, including 180 cst. Higher viscosity fuels, such as RMK 500 or RMK 700, will be available soon.
As part of Bomin’s ongoing commitment to accuracy and efficiency, Bomin’s bunker barges operating in the ARA are equipped with mass flow meters that drive speed of service and efficiencies in supply.
