The JV has entered into a long-term commitment for the use of customized tanks and infrastructure at the Oiltanking Odfjell Terminal Singapore Pte. Ltd. (OOTS) and intends to provide bunkers via pipeline to vessels working cargo at the OOTS docks along with barges to the Singapore bunker market.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, a government undertaking with headquarters in Mumbai, is the second largest marketing oil company of India and is primarily engaged in the refining, storing, marketing and distribution of petroleum products, including bunkering of vessels.
